Engage potential candidates and conduct telephone interviews to assess them for suitable positions; 3. Support Consultants with different aspects of candidate and client management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Good communicated skills, telephone sales experience is preferable; 3. Can work under pressure; 4. Fluent in written and oral English. Has the ability profoundly analysis and identify target company and candidates to match requirements of clients; 3. Accumulate sufficient experiences on interviewing and evaluating candidates, he/she can conclude correctly about candidates whom our clients are expected; 4. Independently develop and manage clients¡¯ relationship, strictly following each step of recruitment; 5. Has ability of collecting related industrial information; 6. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. More than three years working experiences in head hunting business, at least serve in one company for 2 years; 3. Have good relationship with industries, especially in Banking, IT, IC or Auto industries; 4. Good command of English, both spoken and written, better with French ability and excellent computer skills; 5. Strong learning ability, proficient communication skills, capability to work under pressure and self confidence; 6. Good self-management and self-motivation skills, passion and loyalty.
